Algeria’s Constitutional Court officially declared President Abdelmadjid Tebboune the winner of the country’s September 7 election on Saturday, with 84.3 percent of the vote. Earlier preliminary results announced by the country’s electoral authority, ANIE, showed that Tebboune received nearly 95 percent of the votes.
