The U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has urged President Salva Kiir to publicly call for an end to a “negative campaign” against U.N. peacekeepers and civilians. This comes as rebel leader and former vice president Riek Machar met with UN human rights chief Navi Pillay in what she called ‘a good discussion’.
