UN staff members killed in Puntland,Somalia

Al-Shabaab militants have claimed responsibility for the attack on UN staff in Puntland

A bomb attack on a UN vehicle in Garoowe, Puntland region has killed at least 10 people.

Reports say  the bomb had been attached to a UN bus in Somalia’s North Eastern region.

Those killed reportedly include Kenyans and Somalis working for the UN mission in Somalia.

Sources say four of those killed were foreigners.

Al-Shabab  has already said that it was responsible for the attack according to several media sources.
