Thousands march in South Africa in anti-corruption protests

Members of the National Union of Metal Workers of South Africa took to the streets on Wednesday protesting against corruption which they say was denying young people employment.  CCTV’s Yolisa Njamela reports

This is the latest in a string of popular protests against a problem that hampers development in South Africa – and across the continent.

The protesters include representatives from across the political spectrum, civil society groups, religious organizations and the labour movement.
