Chad currently hosts tens of thousands of refugees who have fled the Boko Haram insurgency in neighbouring Nigeria. As the influx continues, aid agency Medicines Sans Frontiers’, warns conditions are getting worse for those seeking refuge in its makeshift camps. Clementine Logan reports.
