South Africa is set for high level negotiations with the Assembly of State Parties of the International Criminal Court in the Hague, Netherlands on Wednesday.

Having given notice to quit the Rome Statute of the ICC last month, Pretoria is expected to state its case for its withdrawal from the ICC.
