“On Behalf of the Ministry of Health, the Permanent Secretary, Mr. Iyakaremye Zacharie appreciates the continuous support from the People’s Republic of China through the China Embassy to Rwanda,” the ministry wrote on Twitter.

The East African country has reported 4,722 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 27 deaths, according to the latest data from the ministry.
