Refugee Numbers On The Highest Level Since World War 2

There is a worrying spike in the number of refugees across the globe. The United Nations High Commission for refugees is reporting that refugee numbers have topped 50 million for the first time since World War two. Developing countries, including many in Africa host 86 percent of the refugees. CCTV’s Maria Galang reports.
