Mozambique has attracted new investment from both local and foreign businessmen who are renovating the face of the historic districts.

Families are selling to investors because the renovation works cost up to 1 million euros and investments will grow the economy by providing employment and attracting tourism.

The Island nation had only attracted 5000 tourists in 2015  but authorities are hoping this new investment will bring in more tourists.
