
Morocco reports 102 new COVID-19 cases bringing total of cases to 4,423.

The Moroccan health ministry on Thursday announced 102 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number in the country to 4,423.
Meanwhile, 170 people have died from the novel coronavirus while 984 have recovered after 56 recoveries were added, said Mohamed El Youbi, director of epidemiology at the ministry, at his daily briefing.
In addition, 8,810 as contacts with the infected patients are still under medical surveillance, he added.
The mortality rate of this pandemic has reached 3.8 percent in Morocco, while the recovery rate is above 22.2 percent, El Youbi noted.
