A senior commander in the Lord’s Resistance Army has turned himself in after 25 years in the bush.Lieutenant Colonel Sam Opiyo says the Ugandan rebel group has no future and that he’s seeking forgiveness.He surrendered to Ugandan troops who are hunting the LRA in the Central African Republic.
