Key parliamentary elections in Libya are under way and many fear an outbreak of violence, so it’s expected that turnout will be low. Electoral authorities had tightened registration rules ahead of the vote as well. The vote is meant to mark the latest step in Libya’s transitional process. CCTV’s Carol Oyola reports.
