Kenyan police have arrested 3 people in connection to the Garden City bomb scare on Tuesday. They however say that the device, which was later destroyed through a controlled explosion by the bomb squad, was not an explosive.

The fact that no explosives were found on the device has opened a new area of insvetigation as the police now ponder whether the suspects were supposed to meet someone else with explosives inside the mall.
