Guinea: Ebola Outbreak Contained

Authorities in Guinea have said they have managed to stop further spread of  the deadly Ebola virus. The number of people who have succumbed to the virus has so far risen to at least 63 Deaths. UN agencies and medical charities such as Doctors Without Borders have been trying to cope with the virus amid fears it might spill across into neighboring West African nations such as Liberia and Ivory Coast. In an effort to stop further transmission of the disease the government of Guinea has banned the sale and consumption of bush meat as well public funerals for those killed.
