Ebola: Treatment To Tackle Virus Could Be Made Available Soon

A glimmer of hope in the fight against Ebola. Treatments to tackle the deadly virus should become available in the coming weeks or months, according to the World Health Organization. Tens of thousands of people in West Africa are expected to begin receiving experimental vaccines from January, although WHO warned that mass immunization is still far off. The outbreak has already killed more than 4,500 people- the majority in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone.
