During the past week, the Chinese Navy has helped rescue hundreds of people from Yemen. A CCTV crew was embedded with the 19th Naval escort task force warship which ferried 225 people of various nationalities from Aden port to the East African nation of Djibouti. Most of the passengers were Pakistanis, with a number of others from 9 countries including Ethiopia, Singapore, Italy, Ireland, the UK, Germany, Poland, Canada and Yemen.
