C.A.R. Violence decreases ahead of polls in October

The violence in the Central African Republic has decreased but in the seeming calm, armed militia groups are still holding their ground.  Our CCTV crew met the deputy commander of the anti-Balaka militia in Bangui, who explained why it’s important for the upcoming national elections to be free from interference from other countries.
