The African Union has warned a lack of money and supplies is fueling the spread of Ebola. Latest figures show the virus has killed more than 1300 people in West Africa. The UN says much of the international community has yet to deliver promised support. But it’s praised China’s rapid deployment to the countries hardest hit.
