AU admits to financial strain as many troops remain unpaid

The African Union Commission has confirmed it’s been struggling to pay peacekeepers in the Central African Republic. Deputy chair Erastus Mwenche says part of the problem is recent currency devaluations. But officials also are battling to trace which soldiers are owed money. CCTV’s Girum Chala reports.
