Algeria has been seeking membership of the World Trade Organization since 1987, and officials there now say they have made progress in negotiations, and – fingers crossed – they hope to get membership in 2015. Where, however, does this leave China – it’s biggest trading partner. Noel Mwakugu, has the details.
