African Officials are gathering in Ghana for a migration forum that is seeking to curb the migrant crisis in the country.

“Since the beginning of the year we have seen 500,000 migrants arrive in Europe and to be frank, we are having difficulties dealing with this situation, but it’s a situation which we have seen in other parts of the world; Africa has experienced flows of refugees and migrants like that for many years. We are trying to put together our approach and we have to revise our approach.”  said Ambassador William Hanna, Head, European Union Delegation in Ghana
