Rwanda scholar hails China’s prevention measures: COVID-19

The Vice Chancellor of INES-Ruhengeri, an Institute of Applied Sciences in Rwanda, Hage-ni-mana Fabien, says he greatly appreciates the prevention and control measures taken by the Chinese government.

Fabien also praised China for sharing its anti-epidemic measures and experience with the international community.

According to him, the pandemic requires the collaboration of countries around the world to fight it.

Various nations around the globe are currently learning from China’s experience in epidemic prevention and control, and have achieved positive results.

Fabien went on to say that China had made positive contributions to the global fight against the pandemic.
