
Panic in Lagos, Abule Egba as vandals cause pipeline explosion
A pipeline in Abule Egba area of Lagos, Nigeria exploded into flames early Wednesday morning after suspected vandals tampered with line.
The subsequent raging fire is said to have allegedly affected residential and commercial houses with many people scampering to safety.
Local news outlets report that the fire started between 3:00 am and 3:30 am Wednesday morning and extended all the way to Abule Egba Bus Stop.
It is unclear if there have been any reported casualties in the fire.
