Read < 1 minute

Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane’s Liverpool has been drawn against German giants Bayern Munich in the Champions League Round of 16 stage.

UEFA held the draw on Monday, producing a series of mouthwatering clashes that will leave football fans excited.

Liverpool made it into the Round of 16 stage narrowly after squeezing a 1-0 win against Napoli last week.

The Reds will be hoping Bayern – which has not hit the forms that made it a fearsome side in the past seasons – does not regain that form before their two-legged clash scheduled for February 12 and March 5.

Fellow English side Manchester United drew French Champions Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City got Schalke and Tottenham Hotspurs drew Borussia Dortmund.

Current Champions League title holders Real Madrid will battle Ajax for a place in the Quarter Final stage.
