Biltong is a famous dried and cured meat snack in South Africa.

Americans have a their version too, called beef jerky – but a South African couple thought it was just not the same.

They blended Americans ingredients with traditional South African techniques.

Biltong is steadily proving to be a hit in the U.S. Nick Harper reports from New York.
