Arsenal legend Sol Campbell to conduct coaching clinic in Kenya
Arsenal legend Sol Campbell will visit Kenya this month to conduct a coaching clinic organized by Arsenal and betting company Sportpesa.
The former Gunners defender will be in the East African country between May 23-28, and Kenyan football fans will have a chance to interact with him.
Campbell will be accompanied by a team of three Arsenal coaches, Paul Drew Tyler, Mohammed Moaz Awadelkarim and Rupen Shah for the six day event.
While making the announcement, Sportpesa chief executive Ronald Karauri said the objective of the camp is to give international coaching exposure to our Kenyan coaches “thus sharpening their skills”.
60 certified coaches from Kenya will take part in the training exercise wich will take place in the capital, Nairobi.
The training camp will end with a CSR activity where kids from soccer academies will attend to have a clinic with the coaches and legend.
