The notorious hacking network Anonymous has announced a campaign to target African Governments  in order to raise awareness about ‘child labour and corruption’.

Already it has released reports that it has hacked a Government website in South Africa and Rwanda has reportedly gone on ‘high alert’. Now Tanzania’s national Telecom company has issued a statement denying that all its employees details were hacked and dumped online.

According to a statement on Press Release for #OpAfrica  the group announced that they are fighting alongside other operations such as OpNigeria and AnonymousSA to help free the continent from the plague of exploitation that has been occurring for centuries.

The hacktivists listed seven countries which they planned to attack.

The target list is as follows:

Rwanda Government

Uganda Government

South African Government

Zimbabwe Government

Tanzania Government

Sudan and South Sudan Governments

Ethiopia Government

The group claimed to continue with the attack until all their brothers on the continent are freed from corruption and greed.
