Bodies of 144 crash victims arrive in St Petersburg

The bodies of 144 of those killed in Saturday’s air crash in Egypt have been flown back to the Russian city of St Petersburg.

Trucks carrying the bodies were seen leaving St Petersburg airport earlier on Monday.

Reports from the crash scene indicate that about 163 bodies of the 224 presumed dead in the crash had been retrieved.
