Twitter reacts to Springboks loss to underdog Japan
Japan yesterday pulled the shock of the Rugby World Cup so far by upsetting favourites South Africa 34-32, a result that has not gone down well with supporters of the Springboks.
Japan are considered the group’s minnows and were not given the slightest of chances to pull a victory against the Springboks.
That however did not deter the Japanese side from slaying the Springboks in the group’s first game, deservedly taking an early pole position.
The result has triggered a lot of reactions online, with most supporters of the Springboks taking to twitter to convey their disappointment at the unexpected result.
Here are some of the twitter reactions to the shock defetat;
Speechless!! Well done Japan!!. Great rugby lesson for bok management !!! Rugby not about size and power- skill victorius!!!

I really feel for the springboks but credit must be given to the Japenese Team and Eddie Jones. They played their hearts #RWC2015

The lowest, most embarrassing moment as a Bok fan.
Diabolical.
