The European Union is appealing to the United Nations Security Council to back an E-U plan to dismantle human trafficking networks in the Mediterranean Sea. The appeal comes as some 1800 migrants have died at sea this year, desperately trying to reach Europe. CCTV’s U-N Correspondent Liling Tan has details.
