Gone are the days when South African micro Brewers used to operate from their garage and backyards. Demand for affordable liquor has led to the establishment of over 100 micro-breweries in the country.  They are all competing with top brands like SAB Miller. While they only account for one percent of the volume consumed, they are making inroads. Angelo Coppola caught up with a Soweto brewing entrepreneur with big plans.
