The Government of Congo wants its nationals, living as refugees, in Uganda to return home.The Congolese Ambassador to Uganda, Charles Okoto, says peace has returned to most regions in the country. Currently, about 200,000 Congolese live in Uganda, as refugees. CCTV’s Michael Balekay, has the story.
