Zimbabwe’s Labour Ministry plans to amend the country’s labor laws to make it harder for companies to retrench their staff. As CCTV’s Farai Mwakutya explains, the Government claims the changes aim to curb what it describes as “arbitrary retrenchments” and “bully tactics”
