World’s most expensive footballer, Pogba, to feature for Manchester United tonight
The world’s most expensive footballer, Paul Pogba, may get his first start for Mancheste United tonight when the Old Trafford outfit hosts Southampton in an English Premier League fixture.
United’s manager, Jose Mourinho, confirmed that Pogba is available to play “some minutes”.
The French midfielder was suspended for Manchester United’s Premier League opener against Bournemouth last weekend, one which they comfortably won 3-1.
Pogba joined Manchester United for a world record fee of £93.2m.
Other new signings acquired by United include defender Eric Bailly, striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic and attacking midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Manchester United host Bournemouth tonight, the club’s first home game of the season.
