World Bank experts warn of dwindling global water supply

The World Bank is issuing a stark warning over the likely impacts of diminishing water supplies in many parts of Africa.

A new report predicts double-digit declines in economic growth in the Sahel region if action isn’t taken to improve water supply systems in the coming years.

But there could also be more severe problems ahead for several other African regions, including areas of Central Africa.
