There is a heavy security presence in Egypt, as voting continues. The army and police stood guard outside polling stations across the Egyptian capital Cairo, as voters lined up to cast their ballot. The state media reported an explosion of a homemade bomb outside a polling station, in the city of El-Mahalla El-Kubra. CCTV’s Clementine Logan has more.
