UN peacekeepers have new “no nonesense” commander
UN peacekeepers in Central African Republic have a new commander. Bela Keita, a Senegalese general with a no-nonsense reputation arrived in Bangui about a month ago. The C.A.R army and police have also come back onto the streets recently. C.A.R has been rocked by sectarian violence since 2013.
