UN envoy Kobler holds talks in Cairo to resolve Libya crisis

UN envoy Martin Kobler met with Arab league chief Ahmed Abul Gheit  in Cairo on Saturday.

This comes as the situation escalates in Libya after Khalifa Haftar forced took over Libya’s main oil terminals.
