Uganda’s football coach threatens to quit over unpaid dues
Uganda’s football coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic could be on his way out following a pay dispute with the country’s Football Federation.
Micho, who took Uganda to their first Africa Cup of Nations in 39 years, says he is owed wages although the federation is adamant they cleared his dues.
Some sources suggest the federation owe the Serb up to $60,000 (Shs216m), a claim Fufa could either confirm today or not.
The row points to a much wider problem within Ugandan football, as Leon Ssenyange reports.
