Uganda has commissioned its first ever electronic cargo tracking system. The country’s tax advisory body says it will help reduce business costs and delays of goods in transit. The 5 million dollar initiative, allows business people, to monitor their goods online while they are in transit. CCTV’S Isabel Nakirya reports.
