Ugandan government to offer free nursery school to reduce illiteracy

Uganda is planning to roll out free nursery school education in a bid to reduce illiteracy levels.

The country’s education ministry says it’s revamping the syllabus at the same time, to increase access to learning for children in disadvantaged communities.
