Uganda farmers supplement income to meet demand for honey

Farmers in Eastern Uganda are turning to beekeeping to meet the country’s growing demand for honey.

The industry isn’t just helping them to boost their income though. It allows farmers to supplement seasonal earnings from mainstream produce like coffee.
