Uganda drop out of the AUC chair race for the chairperson seat

Uganda has dropped out of the race for the chairperson of the African Union Commission.

Nominations closed on Tuesday, without a candidate from Kampala. Uganda had earlier fronted former vice president Dr Specioza Kazibwe.
