The death toll from Uganda’s boat accident has risen to 34. Police initially reported that 19 of the 96 passengers were killed and 32 were missing, after the boat sank in Lake Albert, last Saturday.The boat carrying mostly Congolese refugees capsized in a lake that runs along the border of Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
