U.S Challenges the Ugandan Anti-Homosexuality Law

The United States has announced a series of actions in response to the passing of Uganda’s anti-homosexuality law earlier this year. The actions include the withdrawal of funding for several current or planned assistance projects– and travel bans. The Ugandan government calls the U.S. actions “blackmail”.
