Two Dutch airmen serving with the UN have died in a helicopter crash.
Two Dutch airmen serving with the United Nations in Mali, died after an Apache attack helicopter crashed in the north of the country, on Tuesday afternoon.
Dutch officials say captain Rene Zeetsen was killed in the crash, while first lieutenant Ernst Mollinger died later in a field hospital in Gao.
Dutch officials say investigations into the cause have begun. The Netherlands has been involved in the UN mission since last year.
