Tunisians are taking a time out from politics and economic woes to enjoy sun, sand and a sumptuous array of cultural festivals. In 2014, the biggest event of the season, the Festival de Carthage, marks its bicentenary anniversary.But some Tunisian artists wish they had opportunities to perform all year round. Yasmine Ryan reports from Carthage
