It’s one year since Donald J. Trump became the 45th President of the United States. There have been no signs of any major new economic or development initiatives in Africa and the threat of major cuts to foreign aid remain.
When President Trump unveiled his “America First” approach, it wasn’t long before his budget team proposed deep cuts to foreign aid, that would hit Africa the hardest.
