Tributes pour in for former rugby star Joost van der Westhuizen

South African rugby legend Joost van der Westhuizen has passed away at the age of 45, after a lengthy battle with motor neuron disease.

The 1995 Rugby World Cup winner was admitted to intensive care on Saturday.
