Traditional South African meal tickles WEF delegates’ taste buds

Many visitors attending the World Economic Forum in Durban, South Africa are taking time out to try a traditional South African meal.

The Bunny Chow is a unique dish and there are numerous stories about its origins. But the most popular dates back to around 1860 when Indian indentured labourers were brought to South Africa to work on sugarcane plantations.

And, as Sumitra Nydoo reports, the bunny chow has become a must-have meal when visiting Durban.
